What information is available?
For companies registered in Hong Kong we can obtain Certificate of Incorporation and Change of Name, Latest Memorandum & Articles plus subsequent resolutions, Latest Annual Return plus subsequent changes, Latest filed Accounts (Public Companies only), and Details of any insolvency or dissolution proceedings on file. There is not requirement for Hong Kong companies to file Mortgages or Charges.
We can also conduct fresh investigations which are uses agents within the area to conduct in-depth research utilising multiple resources not just the registry. Through these investigations we can determine dates of charges/mortgages, reveal any civil litigations, credit ratings, financial information and names of senior personnel.
