Reconstitution of Company’s Registers/Statutory books
The Company’s Act 2006 requires companies to keep following statutory registers:
- the register of members
- the register of directors
- the register of people with significant control (the PSC register)
- the register of directors' residential addresses, and
- the register of secretaries
Limited companies are legally required to keep and maintain statutory registers. It is the responsibility of the directors (or a company secretary if one is appointed) to ensure that the registers are accurate, up to date and made available for public inspection at the company’s registered office or an appropriate Single Alternate Inspection Location (SAIL).
