Full-Time   London

GlobalX are looking for a Legal Services Administrator with a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be responsible for managing and completing orders off multiple work queues, as well as any other you will need to have a demonstrated experience in working within a strict timeframe. You should also have excellent computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

  • Conduct large volume of court petition searches using GlobalX in-house software
  • Creating, saving and storing documents in accordance with best practice
  • Working at certain times at the Companies Court and liaising with court staff to check on petition hearing dates and to research other information where required
  • Attending Foreign & Commonwealth Office or any other public offices to have documents notarised as requested by clients
  • Assist head office in Cardiff with any queries or tasks as necessary
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks including mail handling and order invoicing

Requirement

  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Good communication skills
  • Dedicated, approachable and able to take initiative
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently

Salary

  • £21,000
