Job Description:

  • To capture and convert incoming/outgoing enquiries into sales

This role is primary responsibility for the coordination and implementation of legal search products with our clients, with the main goal of providing an excellent customer experience, demonstrating an ease for processing business goals. The coordinator will execute the implementation of the onboarding processes for all legal search products, ensuring the client’s experiences are a positive and efficient in bringing new companies onboard to our new platform. This role will work closely with other teams within GlobalX/GlobalX and other members in addition to our international partners, and external partners within the industry

Key Accountabilities and Expectations:

  • Primary responsibility for product implementation process, post-sale, initiation, and post-sale client support
  • Act as the bridge between the Client and the Business
  • Travel to Clients place of Business
  • Assist client success with account setup for both new and existing/transitioning clients.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams, ensure appropriate documentation is in place
  • Assist with billing or invoicing inquiries when necessary
  • Develop rapport with our clients and conduct outreach to ensure they are happy with the products and services provided
  • Ensure training and follow up sessions are conducted
  • Work closely with other teams, providing continuous feedback on status of accounts
  • Work with project management/development teams to identify areas to improve in terms of processes Implement new processes and participate in the launch of new systems
  • Correspond and respond to inbound inquiries from new clients via phone, email and potential live chat
  • Communicate and coordinate product specific details with clients
  • Drive the quality control process to maintain the integrity of Company content on externally hosted platforms
  • Create and implement plans to work with all outside relationships to ensure the quality of assistance derived from them and the usefulness of the service they render (including partners and facilitators)
  • Maintain internal relationships as to be aware of specific company, distribution channels, or market segment opportunities.
  • Facilitate delivery, development and assessment of products to member companies.
