Earlier in November we hosted our annual Property Law CPD course at the Celtic Manor. Once again property law professional from across South Wales and the English borders joined us for an informative and insightful session.
If you didn’t get the chance to come along, we’ve summarised some of the key findings below and also included a few video snippets.
Our general manager, Nicola Watkins gave the first presentation of the day on the current state of LawTech and how firms can better embrace emerging legal technologies. Having recently attended one of The Law Society’s roadshow on LegalTech, Nic gave a short presentation on what she learnt. The main learnings from the report (the full report can be found here) was that while Law Firms recognised the need to adopt new technologies to future proof their firm a lack of time, money and people was holding them back
We were very fortunate to be able to book David to provide our Residential Property Law update. David is a much in demand speaker and delivered an insightful and informative session. A sample of which you can view below.
This was the first time we worked with Sarah and it certainly won’t be the last. Sarah covered everything from Property Contracts to Entry Rights to Landlord’s consent. Sarah was praised by attendees for her ability convey the practical impact of recent court cases.Details of our latest CPD events and seminar can be found here
